Overview
The problem and the direction
Challenge
Researchers face difficulties in recruiting and retaining participants, and they spend too much time manually analyzing each response to verify its reliability—a lengthy, multi-step process.
Solution
Streamline recruitment, reduce repetitive processes, and provide a comprehensive overview of responses, making the survey process simpler and less stressful for respondents.
Result
Researchers now find it easier to recruit participants and analyze the responses they receive, ensuring that the entire research process can be carried out more efficiently and effectively.

Helena
A product designer who is having difficulty recruiting participants for their research. They want a tool that allows them to publish their surveys so they don’t have to spend a lot of time recruiting participants, as well as an environment where responses are automatically validated to avoid off-topic and/or inappropriate answers.
PROCESS
What was done
01
Research
I conducted desk research and studied other companies operating in the same industry, carried out surveys, and participated in interviews with users in order to gain a deeper understanding of the pain points faced by researchers.
02
UX Design
I organized the insights I gathered and created a value proposition canvas to better define the problem we needed to solve.
03
UI Design
I designed the tool's interface to be intuitive and to incorporate the features envisioned for the MVP.
04
Test
We constantly conducted internal tests to validate the interface and make any necessary adjustments throughout the workflow.
